Special Features of the Rotation : Clinical service with daily bedside reviews of patients with acute toxicological presentations, with significant numbers due to the use of recreational drugs and novel psychoactive substances. Weekly clinical toxicology outpatient clinic (only one in the UK). Inpatient dedicated alcohol and drug (predominately opioids but also benzodiazepines and GHB/ketamine) detoxification unit.
Number Of Rotators Per Block : 1-2
Rotator Fee : Fee depends on type of placement. The minimum is £400 for processing application/HR occupational health clearance (2025 prices); additional costs may be involved if you want to provide direct clinical care (e.g. assistance with GMC registration, administration costs) - these can be discussed with those interested in spending time with us.
What level of training is your program available to for residents? : We can discuss requirements of individuals interested in spending time with use to ensure the placement can be tailored to their needs.
