Find-A-Tox Practice Description : I am a Professor Emeritus at UC San Francisco who has practiced for over 30 years in the field of Psychopharmacology and Pharmacokinetics. I am board certified in Psychiatric Pharmacy and a licensed Medical Provider at UCSF, where I have seen patients in a Mood Disorder Clinic for 20 years. I am also an active member of the American College of Medical Toxicology who has consulted on many legal cases involving the use psychiatric medications (e.g., lithium, antipsychotics, antidepressants, lamotrigine) as well as recreational substances (fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, kratom, ethanol). Much of my legal work has involved analysis of potential drug interactions involving these substances, which can be highly relevant and frequently misunderstood.
