Find-A-Tox Practice Description : Our Toxicology Clinic serves central and southewestern Florida and is based at the University of South Florida and Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. We see patients with concerns for toxicologic exposures to drugs, chemicals, and envenomations. We see all ages. A referral from a physician is required for all appointments.
